Attendance tracking and management
Leave management

Reporting and analytics

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VetanDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VetanDesk and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
